The mixed material is fed into the main box of the sledge by wheelbarrow. The 24" Screed Sledge holds 28L of material, 1/2 a mix, 1 full barrow. The sledge is then simply pulled consistently across the floor to give you an even spread of material. (Adjust the depth gage from 0 to 30mm (Watch one of our sledges in Action on our website)

This must have tool will help you to lay consistently with greatly reduced physical effort. The speedy application will only need finishing by either hand trowel or lightweight power float.

A well-organised gang should be able to apply in the region of 350m² / day at a depth of 15 to 18mm.

The depth of Resin Bound / Screed applied is set by adjusting the depth gauge on screed bar mounted on to the rear of the resin bound sledge. You have complete control over the thickness of the screed applied there by eliminating wastage and increasing your profits.

Each resin bound screed sledge has a removable handle allowing easy transportation and space saving when being transported in a van etc.

The Resin Bound screed sledge is manufactured in the UK by time served fabricators, we use high grade steel throughout so you can easily burn off cured resin every few months keeping the sledge clean without damaging it. (PPE & C.O.S.H MUST BE APPLIED)
