Bright And Beautiful Patio Area In Lytham Saint Anne's

This client contacted us via our contact page on our website, asking us to provide a quote for his patio using resin bound materials in Lytham Saint Anne's.

We agreed to book them in for a site visit at a time convenient to the client. Our surveyors are in charge of their diaries, so Richard booked him in his diary to go and assess the area and measure up. Even though we can offer an estimated quote over the phone, seeing the space we are to work with is necessary to provide a definite, accurate assessment.

Once the site survey was complete, we could move on to drafting a quote. In this case, we prepared a quote based on a concrete overly. We were happy to hear that the client chose us to install his resin bound driveway, and we proceeded to agree on a start day.

This area required very little preparation work. A recess manhole cover was installed to blend in seamlessly whilst still remaining accessible. The area was jet washed and primed before the resin team began the installation.

Once the prep work was complete, installing 20 meters squared of the resin bound material took less than a day. This customer chose the colour 'evening rose' and as you can see it compliments the property perfectly.
