Wet Pour Surface Preparation

We will try to keep the prices of the install as low as possible. Though we will insure we only use high-grade materials there may be dishonest installers that will use products, not at the same quality. You don't want to buy cheap and pay twice. Our wet pour rubber surfaces come with a full 10-year guarantee with confidence.

You will have to consider some circumstances throughout the wet pour planning stage. Most play surfaces need a well-drained sub base. Wet pour safety surfacing is a porous system, and we need to lay it onto a free draining sub base, our teams will happily design and build the whole process from start to, so there is no need to bring in third-party prep teams as most rubber wet pour installers require.

The wet pour safety flooring install consists of a two-tier rubber flooring system. This begins with an SBR rubber foundation which gives the shock absorption and can come in a variety of depths. To see more on Critical Fall Height requirements (Click Here).

The top layer wearing course comes in either black or multicolour EPDM rubber crumb. We’ll mix this in a large upright mixer made purposely for the job with a polyurethane resin and hand screed it onto the playground surface.
